Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, applicable up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Before this ৳1,500 bonus can be withdrawn, a wagering requirement of 25 times — that is, ৳37,500 — must be met.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
After receiving a bonus, winnings earned from that bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement is completed. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳26,800 with a bonus of ৳20,000 gives a total balance of ৳46,800, and the wagering requirement is ৳20,000 × 25 = ৳5,00,000.
4.3 Bonus Cancellation Conditions
A bonus may be cancelled in any of the following cases:
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts
- Using a bonus in violation of the Terms
- Detection of manipulation or unusual betting patterns
- Identity verification not completed
VIP Program and Weekly Cashback
5.1 VIP Tiers
The 77abc calm VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit. Weekly cashback is calculated at a set rate on the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings):

5.2 Cashback Example

5.3 Tier Changes

Game Operations Rules
6.1 Finality of Results
The outcome of each game is determined automatically by the system. Results cannot be changed after a game has ended. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 77abc calm will resolve it in accordance with the applicable policy.
6.2 RTP and Fairness
